Providing exemplary customer service to Sodexo clients in-person, over the telephone and electronically.
Providing quality administrative support to Managers, and staff.
Responsible for processing invoices and daily financial transmittals.
Payroll data entry and processing .
Reviewing processing, and consolidating monthly statements from vendors.
Completing daily administrative duties including filing, phone & email correspondence.
Gather, coordinate, and distribute key indicator and other statistic reporting.
Notify appropriate department of the placement of orders.
Ensure inventory is stocked and purchase order can be fulfilled.
Compile records of items purchased or transferred between departments, prices, deliveries, and inventories.
Verify billed amount with goods received.
Handle invoices and forward to accounting department.

Growth and Development:
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in an office administrative role
Degree, diploma or equivalent experience
Possess excellent communication skills and professional etiquette, using your strong communication skills, ideally bilingual English/French
Effective planning, organizing, and time management skills
Professional, positive and team focused outlook
Possess strong leadership skills
Ability to multi-task in busy office environment with specific timelines
Dependability and effective decision making
Duties will require excellent skills in MS Office, Account Payable and Account Receivable
